At Muse Style Shop, we want you to love your sporty-chic activewear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
- Personalized or customized items
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Submit a Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday).
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our Oakland facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after we receive it), we will process your refund:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some remote areas in Asia):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
