Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product description)
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Personalized or customized items

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday).
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our Oakland facility using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
