3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

3.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

4.2 International Orders

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote Asian areas). International customers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes.

4.3 Delivery Issues

Report non-delivery within 30 days of shipment. We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed with original tags
• In original packaging

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Final sale items
• Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
• Personalized items

5.3 Return Process

2. Wait for approval (24-48 hours)
3. Ship item to our Oakland facility (customer pays return shipping)

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

All content (logos, designs, text) on our site is our property or licensed to us. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

7. Liability Limitations

Our activewear is designed for athletic activities but we’re not liable for injuries resulting from product use.
